Reformer Classes

Receive personalized, hands-on instruction in our 55 Minute Small-Group small-group classes. We cap our group classes at 4 students so we can provide tailored instruction for your body.

Mat Classes

Our 55 Minute mat classes are capped at 10 students, so we can provide individual corrections to all students. Throughout the class, our instructors provide hands-on adjustments and cues to ensure that each movement is performed with optimal alignment and efficiency. This personalized attention helps prevent injury and ensures the maximum benefit from each exercise. We utilize various props such as rings, balls, therabands, and pilates arcs to help you connect to your body and find control in every exercise. Primarily relying on bodyweight exercises, our mat classes offer an affordable way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

How to book a class?

Step 1: New client? Click sign up.
Already have an account? Click login.
Make sure to create an account and reuse that login information every time to avoid having to retype your intake form.

Step 2: Click book and then select a class.

Click ‘select and make recurring’ to reserve the same day/time for as many weeks in a row that you would like.

Once you’re logged in, click the down arrow to the right of your email and click appointments.

New clients must pay by credit card through the scheduling system to reserve your spot. You can then choose to prepay for future sessions in person with check or continue to pay online with credit card. All sessions must be paid for at or before time of booking.
