Working one-on-one with an expert instructor, we’ll help you build your strength, improve your mobility, and develop a stronger mind-body connection. Private sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Private sessions can also be a great way to segway into group classes after first learning the safety precautions for the equipment and the modifications/challenge options recommended for your body and any injuries/limitations you may have.
