Mat Classes
Our 55 Minute mat classes are capped at 10 students, so we can provide individual corrections to all students. Throughout the class, our instructors provide hands-on adjustments and cues to ensure that each movement is performed with optimal alignment and efficiency. This personalized attention helps prevent injury and ensures the maximum benefit from each exercise. We utilize various props such as rings, balls, therabands, and pilates arcs to help you connect to your body and find control in every exercise. Primarily relying on bodyweight exercises, our mat classes offer an affordable way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
