Cell Phones
In order to provide a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask that you take a step away from the outside world for 55 minutes to focus on yourself. Please turn your cell phones on silent and leave them in the waiting area with your other belongings.
Grippy Socks
For both hygiene and safety, grippy socks are required for all Pilates sessions. If you forget yours, we have socks available for purchase at the studio.
Clothing
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. It is recommended to avoid clothing that has long drawstrings or that hang loosely and could get stuck in your reformer while moving. Necklaces should not be worn as they can get stuck in the hinge of your headrest. Additionally, please refrain from wearing leggings or athletic wear with zippers, as they can damage/tear the equipment upholstery.
Personal Belongings
Premier Pilates is not responsible for damaged or stolen items. Other than water bottles, all other personal items should be left in the waiting area. Please empty your pockets of all items so they do not damage/tear the equipment upholstery. Gum is prohibited during sessions for your safety.
Package Expirations
Packages expire 4 months from date of purchase. Packages may be used by anyone of your choosing (for instance: instead of late canceling, a friend or family member may use that session).
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If a booked private session is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time or if the client does not show, the full fee for that session will still be charged (a rare exception may be made in case of a true emergency or sudden illness/injury). Please contact your instructor directly by text or call.
Inclement Weather (in case of snow/sleet/hazardous conditions):
If not contacted by the instructor regarding a cancellation for inclement weather, a client may cancel or reschedule their appointment as long as the client contacts their instructor within 2 hours of their scheduled appointment time. This type of cancellation is in the case of feeling unsafe driving. Please contact your instructor directly by text or call.
