Our instructors are very familiar with common back issues such as osteoarthritis, fused vertebrae, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, and spondyliosis/spondylolisthesis. There are countless modifications that can be made to improve your comfort and practice within the guidelines of your physician or physical therapist’s movement parameters (we are happy to work with them). In most cases, developing core strength is extremely helpful for back conditions.
